Product Overview
The TLKNG Cat Treat Dispensing Toy is a thoughtfully engineered interactive feeder designed to transform ordinary snack time into a stimulating hunting experience for indoor cats. Constructed from premium food‑grade ABS plastic, the toy is free from BPA, PVC, and phthalates, ensuring safety for even the most curious feline. Its double‑ball architecture consists of two smooth, rounded spheres that roll independently, creating unpredictable movement patterns that mimic the erratic flight of prey. The outer shell houses a spacious compartment capable of holding up to 2.24 ounces of dry kibble or small treats, while the inner ball contains a built‑in chirping mechanism that activates only when the cat makes contact, producing a realistic bird‑like tweet that further engages the cat’s natural predatory instincts. An adjustable dispensing hole allows owners to fine‑tune the difficulty level, accommodating various treat sizes and encouraging slower eating habits that promote healthy digestion and weight control. The toy measures 2.68 x 2.68 x 4.33 inches, making it compact enough to fit on any floor surface while still providing ample space for active play. With a sleek pink finish, the design adds a pop of color to any living room décor, making it an attractive addition to both cat‑friendly households and stylish interiors.
Usage
Designed for everyday use, the TLKNG treat dispenser fits seamlessly into a variety of indoor environments. Whether placed on a living‑room rug, a bedroom carpet, or a dedicated cat‑play area, the toy’s low‑profile design ensures it stays stable during vigorous rolling sessions. To set up, simply open the top compartment, fill it with your cat’s favorite kibble or treats, adjust the dispensing aperture to the desired size, and close the lid securely. Once activated, the toy encourages your cat to bat, chase, and pounce on the rolling balls, rewarding them with small portions of food each time the internal mechanism releases a treat. This interactive feeding method not only slows down rapid eating but also provides mental stimulation, reducing boredom and the associated risk of destructive behaviors such as scratching furniture or excessive vocalization. The chirping sound adds an auditory cue that mimics the presence of live prey, making the experience more immersive. Ideal for multi‑cat households, the toy’s durable ABS construction can withstand multiple cats playing simultaneously, while the adjustable hole ensures that each cat can enjoy a personalized challenge level. Use it during scheduled feeding times, as a reward after play sessions, or simply as a daily enrichment tool to keep your cat engaged and active.

FAQ
How do I adjust the treat dispensing hole?
To adjust the dispensing hole, locate the small rotating dial on the side of the toy. Turn the dial clockwise to narrow the opening for smaller treats or slower release, and turn it counter‑clockwise to widen the opening for larger treats or faster release. After adjusting, test the toy by gently shaking it to ensure the desired flow rate.
Is the toy safe for kittens?
Yes, the toy is made from food‑grade ABS plastic that is free from harmful chemicals such as BPA, PVC, and phthalates. The smooth, rounded edges prevent accidental scratches, and the size of the balls is appropriate for kittens to bat and chase without posing a choking hazard. Always supervise very young kittens during initial play sessions.
Can I use wet food in the dispenser?
The dispenser is optimized for dry kibble and small treats. While it can hold a small amount of semi‑moist food, wet food may cause the internal mechanism to stick and is not recommended for regular use. For wet meals, consider a separate bowl designed specifically for that purpose.
How do I clean the toy?
To clean the toy, remove the top compartment, empty any remaining food, and rinse the interior with warm, soapy water. Use a soft brush to scrub any residue from the dispensing hole and the inner ball. Rinse thoroughly and allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling.
What is the warranty period?
TLKNG offers a one‑year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues within this period, contact our customer service team with your order details, and we will arrange a replacement or repair as appropriate.
